Complaints and Appeals Policy

Antmind Review is committed to ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all editorial and publication processes.

The journal welcomes legitimate complaints and appeals from authors, reviewers, readers, and other stakeholders. All concerns are handled objectively, confidentially, and in accordance with the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Complaints may concern:

  • Editorial procedures and unreasonable publication delays.

  • Reviewer or editor misconduct.

  • Conflicts of interest or breaches of confidentiality.

  • Suspected violations of publication ethics.

  • Errors or irregularities in published articles.

Complaints must be supported by relevant information or evidence.

Authors may appeal editorial decisions, including manuscript rejection, when there is evidence of a significant factual error, procedural irregularity, or potential conflict of interest.

Appeals must include a clear explanation and supporting evidence.

Disagreement with reviewers' opinions alone does not constitute sufficient grounds for an appeal.

The journal may uphold the original decision, reconsider the manuscript, or request an additional independent assessment.

Complaints and appeals should be submitted by email to the Editorial Office at antmindjsle@gmail.com.

The submission should include:

  • Manuscript title and submission ID, if applicable.

  • Name and contact information of the complainant.

  • Description of the complaint or grounds for appeal.

  • Relevant supporting evidence.

The Editorial Office will acknowledge the submission, assess the concerns, and communicate the outcome in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

Complex investigations may require additional time.

Complaints are normally reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized editor who has no conflict of interest.

Complaints involving the Editor-in-Chief will be referred to an independent representative designated by Antmind Youth Empower Foundation.

Individuals directly involved in a complaint must not determine its outcome.

All decisions are based on available evidence, procedural fairness, and established publication ethics standards.

The journal protects the confidentiality of complaints and appeals to the extent reasonably possible.

No author, reviewer, or complainant will face retaliation for raising concerns in good faith.

The journal may take appropriate corrective measures when a complaint is substantiated.
