The journal serves as a platform for critical scholarship exploring how Islamic legal principles engage with modern legal systems, ethical dilemmas, and socio-political realities across diverse cultures and jurisdictions.

The journal publishes high-quality articles that address key themes such as family and inheritance law, criminal justice, religious mediation, legal pluralism, digital ethics, economic regulation, gender justice, and environmental responsibility from both Islamic and ethical perspectives.
