Publication Schedule and Publication Management Policy

Publication Frequency and Schedule

Antmind Review is published biannually, with two regular issues each year:

  • June Issue: Volume X, Number 1

  • December Issue: Volume X, Number 2

Each annual volume consists of two regular issues, published according to the journal's established publication schedule.

The Editorial Office is responsible for coordinating manuscript evaluation, editorial preparation, and production activities to support timely publication.

The journal is committed to maintaining publication regularity and avoiding unnecessary delays or interruptions.

In exceptional circumstances that affect the publication schedule, the Editorial Office will communicate relevant changes transparently through the journal's official website.

The journal does not assign misleading or inaccurate publication dates to conceal delays or irregularities.

No Special Issue Policy

Antmind Review does not publish special issues, supplementary issues, conference proceedings, or guest-edited thematic collections.

All scholarly articles are published exclusively through the journal's regular June and December issues.

The journal does not offer special publication arrangements, guaranteed acceptance, preferential issue placement, or expedited editorial decisions in exchange for payment, sponsorship, institutional collaboration, or other external considerations.

All submitted manuscripts are evaluated through the same established editorial and peer-review procedures, regardless of the authors' institutional affiliations, academic backgrounds, or research funding sources.

This policy ensures consistent editorial oversight, academic quality, and transparency across all published issues.

Manuscript Submission and Editorial Management

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's official OJS submission system in accordance with the Author Guidelines and applicable publication policies.

All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their relevance to the journal's aims and scope, academic originality, methodological quality, manuscript completeness, and compliance with publication ethics.

Manuscripts that meet the initial editorial requirements proceed to the journal's double-blind peer-review process involving at least two independent reviewers with appropriate subject expertise.

Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, reviewer assessments, research integrity, and the manuscript's contribution to the relevant field.

The Editor-in-Chief holds final responsibility for manuscript acceptance and publication decisions, subject to established conflict-of-interest procedures.

Submission or successful completion of an initial assessment does not guarantee publication.

Acceptance, Production, and Issue Assignment

Manuscripts formally accepted for publication proceed to editorial production, which may include copyediting, language refinement, typesetting, proofreading, bibliographic verification, and publication metadata preparation.

Authors may be requested to review publication proofs to ensure the accuracy of the final article. Substantive changes after acceptance require editorial approval.

Accepted manuscripts are assigned to an appropriate forthcoming regular issue according to editorial readiness, production capacity, publication scheduling, and the journal's established editorial procedures.

The journal does not guarantee placement in a particular issue before a manuscript has completed the required evaluation and production processes.

Publication scheduling and issue assignment must remain independent of financial contributions, institutional relationships, and other inappropriate external influences.

Publication Identification, Metadata, and Accessibility

Antmind Review is committed to ensuring that published articles are accurately identified, accessible, and properly documented.

Each published scholarly article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), and its bibliographic record includes appropriate publication information, such as the article title, author names, institutional affiliations, abstract, keywords, volume, issue, and publication date.

Manuscript submission and acceptance dates are recorded and displayed where available and verified.

Publication dates must reflect the actual publication history and must not be altered to create a misleading impression of editorial or publishing timeliness.

All published articles are made immediately available through the journal's official website under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Authors retain copyright to their scholarly works in accordance with the journal's Copyright and Licensing Policy.

The journal maintains an accessible online archive of published issues and supports the accuracy and continuity of its scholarly publication records.

Publication Integrity and Editorial Accountability

Antmind Review maintains editorial independence throughout manuscript assessment, production, issue assignment, and publication.

The publisher, sponsors, institutional partners, and other external parties must not interfere with scholarly editorial decisions.

The journal is committed to ensuring consistency between its published policies and actual manuscript management practices.

Errors, ethical concerns, or necessary amendments identified after publication will be handled in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics Policy and Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern Policy.

The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Office are responsible for supervising the implementation of this policy and reviewing publication procedures when necessary.
