Journal History

The Antmind Review: Journal of Sharia and Legal Empowerment (JSLE) was officially established on January 5, 2024, under the auspices of the Yayasan Anmind Youth Empower. The journal was founded with the objective of providing an academic platform for scholarly discourse on Sharia, law, and socio-legal studies, particularly within interdisciplinary and contextual perspectives.

On September 9, 2024, JSLE achieved an important institutional milestone by obtaining both Electronic ISSN (E-ISSN) and Print ISSN (P-ISSN) issued by the National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN). This recognition formally strengthened the journal’s legal and academic standing as a scholarly publication.

Subsequently, on November 11, 2024, JSLE was successfully indexed in EuroPub, marking its initial step toward international visibility and broader dissemination within global academic indexing platforms.

As part of its continuous quality improvement and alignment with international publishing standards, on January 30, 2026, JSLE implemented a major revision of its manuscript template and author guidelines. This revision aimed to enhance editorial consistency, improve article quality, and ensure compliance with best practices in academic publishing.
