Supports manuscript quality, scholarly relevance, reviewer identification, editorial standards, and journal development within members' areas of expertise.

International Advisors
Provide strategic scholarly advice, international perspectives, research-network guidance, and recommendations for academic development.
ACADEMIC COMMUNICATION
Language Advisor
Advises on academic language, clarity, readability, and consistency without replacing scholarly peer review or authors' research responsibilities.

Essential Governance Safeguards
Editorial Independence
Decisions are based on originality, academic merit, methodological quality, and research integrity—not on payments, sponsorships, or institutional influence.
Conflict-of-Interest Protection
Editors must not handle their own manuscripts. Submissions involving editorial members require independent editorial handling and the same peer-review standards.
Confidentiality & Fairness
Unpublished manuscripts, review reports, and editorial correspondence are confidential. No editorial member receives preferential treatment.
Transparency & Accountability
The journal publicly identifies its editorial and advisory members, their institutional affiliations, and their roles. Appointment records, consent, conflicts of interest, and periodic evaluations are maintained by the responsible editorial and publishing personnel.
