Research Data and Data Availability Policy

All submitted research articles must include a Data Availability Statement explaining whether and how the data or materials supporting the findings can be accessed.

Authors may indicate that:

  • Research data are publicly available in a recognized repository.

  • Supporting materials are included in the article or supplementary files.

  • Data are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.

  • Data access is restricted for ethical, legal, privacy, or confidentiality reasons.

  • No new research data were generated or analyzed, where applicable.

The statement must accurately reflect the nature of the research and the accessibility of its supporting materials.

Authors are encouraged to share relevant datasets, research instruments, anonymized materials, and supporting documentation through appropriate repositories when feasible.

For normative legal research and literature-based studies, authors must provide accurate citations and sufficient information to identify relevant legal sources, documents, and scholarly references.

Public data deposition is not mandatory when disclosure would violate applicable legal, ethical, or confidentiality requirements.

Authors must protect personal information, confidential records, and sensitive research materials.

Research involving human participants must comply with applicable ethical approval and informed consent requirements.

Data sharing must respect privacy, copyright, institutional restrictions, and relevant legal obligations.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and ethical management of their research data.

The Editorial Office may request relevant supporting information when necessary to assess research integrity, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal restrictions.

Failure to provide a reasonable explanation for significant data-integrity concerns may result in further editorial investigation under the journal's Publication Ethics Policy.
